파비콘 리사이즈(32x32) + PWA 아이콘 전부 새 이미지로 교체

원본 파비콘이 1024x1024(610KB)라 매 접속마다 불필요하게 큰 파일을
받아오던 문제를 32x32로 리사이즈해 해결. PWA 홈화면 아이콘
(192/512, maskable 포함)도 같은 새 이미지로 통일.
